Frequently asked questions
Verification code not received
- Codes are delivered via Telegram Gateway. The phone number, including the country code, shall be entered correctly.
- A minimum interval of 60 seconds applies between repeated requests due to rate limiting.
- If Telegram is installed on the device, the code may be delivered through Telegram rather than SMS.
- In the absence of delivery within 5 minutes, contact nonochatapp@gmail.com, providing the phone number.
Reporting an abusive user
Open the user's profile or the chat, select the menu icon, then Report, and specify the reason. Reports are reviewed; confirmed violations result in removal or restriction of the offending account, ordinarily within 24 hours.
Any user may be blocked instantly via Chat → menu → Block. Blocking takes effect immediately and terminates further contact.
Account deletion
Within the App: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirmation is performed with a one-time code. Profile, messages, photographs and videos are removed from the active database immediately and from backups within 30 days.
Where access to the App is unavailable, requests shall be sent to nonochatapp@gmail.com with the registered phone number. Account deletion is performed within 30 calendar days following identity verification.
Profile editing
Profile → Edit profile. The user may modify name, date of birth (one-time, subject to moderation), gender, "about" text, city, avatar and photographs.
Subscription management
- iOS: Settings → user name → Subscriptions → Just for Fun.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google in accordance with the policy of the respective store.
Suspected account compromise
Sign in with the registered phone number on another device to invalidate prior sessions. Where control over the prior phone number is lost, the number shall be changed in Settings. Report suspected unauthorised access to nonochatapp@gmail.com.
Privacy / GDPR requests
Requests for access, rectification, portability, deletion or withdrawal of consent for facial-attribute processing shall be sent to nonochatapp@gmail.com. Response within 30 calendar days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Не приходит код подтверждения
- Код доставляется через Telegram Gateway. Номер телефона, включая код страны, должен быть указан корректно.
- Между повторными запросами действует минимальный интервал 60 секунд (rate limit).
- При наличии установленного Telegram код может быть доставлен в Telegram, а не SMS.
- При отсутствии доставки в течение 5 минут следует направить обращение на nonochatapp@gmail.com с указанием номера.
Жалоба на пользователя
Открыть профиль пользователя или чат, выбрать иконку меню, затем Пожаловаться, указать причину. Жалобы подлежат рассмотрению; при подтверждении нарушения аккаунт удаляется или ограничивается, как правило, в течение 24 часов.
Любой пользователь может быть незамедлительно заблокирован через Чат → меню → Заблокировать. Блокировка действует немедленно и прекращает дальнейший контакт.
Удаление аккаунта
В Приложении: Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Подтверждение выполняется одноразовым кодом. Профиль, сообщения, фотографии и видео удаляются из активной базы немедленно и из резервных копий — в течение 30 дней.
При отсутствии доступа к Приложению обращения направляются на nonochatapp@gmail.com с указанием зарегистрированного номера телефона. Удаление выполняется в течение 30 календарных дней после подтверждения личности.
Редактирование профиля
Профиль → Редактировать профиль. Доступно изменение имени, даты рождения (однократно, с проверкой модератора), пола, текста «о себе», города, аватара и фотографий.
Управление подпиской
- iOS: Настройки → имя пользователя → Подписки → Just for Fun.
- Android: Google Play → значок профиля → Платежи и подписки → Подписки.
Возвраты обрабатываются Apple или Google согласно политике соответствующего магазина.
Подозрение на компрометацию аккаунта
Войти по зарегистрированному номеру с другого устройства для инвалидации предыдущих сессий. При утрате контроля над прежним номером необходимо сменить номер в Настройках. О предполагаемом несанкционированном доступе сообщать на nonochatapp@gmail.com.

Запросы на доступ, исправление, перенос, удаление данных и отзыв согласия на обработку биометрических признаков направляются на nonochatapp@gmail.com. Срок ответа — 30 календарных дней. Подробности — в Политике конфиденциальности.
